Bio

Theophiletos is a Greek compound from the words for "God" and "love." Together, they mean "beloved by God." Although the active form Theophilos ("loving God" or "friend of God") is more common, I think it is more important that I am loved by God than that I love God. Both are important, of course, but God's love is primary. While some may think this pretentious, I may be allowed to point out that I am not claiming for myself something I do not equally claim for everyone else. I don't claim to be loved by God more than anyone else is. I just claimed this username.
